- Prayer Ministries at OLL
  
  Prayer ministries are vitally important to any pastoral care a church can perform. Through addressing and answering prayer requests collectively on a prayer-chain, offering up prayer intentions, and intersessions through the Mass (which is considered to the greatest of all prayers) we can make an impact for individuals and on our community. These impacts are not merely superficial, but have lasting effects on those around us emotionally, spiritually, and even physically.
  
  If you are in need of prayer for yourself or something else, you are in the right spot.
  If you are looking to join the Body of Christ to engage alongside with the Holy Spirit through a community united in prayer, you are also in the right spot.

  If you or a loved one is experiencing a problem for which you need help, we have a number of people who will assist by praying specifically for you or your need or concern. Email [email protected].

- Mass Intercessions
  
  You or a loved one can be listed in the intercessions read during the weekend Masses. The whole community is invited to pray for you.
- Mass Intentions
  
  The priest will offer the sacrifice of the Mass for you or a loved one, on either a weekday or weekend Mass. The suggested stipend is $7.00. To schedule, call the parish office at 952-472-8200, or email [email protected].

About Prayer & Spiritual Ministries
- Prayer Chain Groups
  These groups gather parishioners to participate in prayer chains, where members commit to praying for specific intentions or needs within the community. The prayer chain system allows individuals to share requests for healing, support, or guidance, ensuring that these intentions are lifted in prayer by many members.
  
  If you are interested in joining a prayer chain, reach out on this page in the Join our Prayer Ministries section. If you are looking to be prayed for, utilize the prayer request form at the top of this webpage.
- Rosary Groups
  Dedicated time to praying the Rosary. These groups foster a sense of community while honoring the Virgin Mary and reflecting on the life of Christ through the mysteries of the Rosary.
- Eucharistic Adoration
  Allows individuals to spend time in quiet prayer, contemplation, and worship before Christ present in the Eucharist. This ministry invites parishioners to deepen their relationship with Jesus, offering a space for silent reflection, personal prayer, and spiritual healing.

  Adoration
- Prayer Ministers
  Prayer Ministers are available by appointment to pray over and for you. They have discerned their charisms for this kind of prayer, specializing in intercessory prayer engaging with the Holy Spirit. The prayer ministers pray with you and on your behalf. Specific sessions can be focused with intention on (but not limited to) healing, discernment, finding peace in a troubling time, etc.
