Gary, the son of Hubert and Agnes Krocak, grew up on the family farm in Lexington, Minnesota. He began his educational pathway at Most Holy Redeemer School and Montgomery High School. He graduated with a degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota where he met his wife, Constance. They were married in 1976 and had three amazing sons. He worked as the Senior Project manager for Bor-Son Construction for over 30 years before moving on to a similar position with the State of Minnesota. Some of his favorite projects were the Minnesota Judicial Center, The Minnesota Department of Corrections Intake Center, Anoka State Hospital, and the Minnesota Security Hospital at St. Peter. Gary retired to his home in Minnetrista in 2021.
Throughout his life, he enjoyed playing golf with good friends, was a volunteer basketball and baseball coach for the Westonka community and schools, and loved everything he did on his John Deere tractor. He was an avid Vikings, Twins, and Timberwolves fan, and loved watching those games with his family. He was a good man, an amazing father, and a much beloved spouse whom we will always hold in our hearts!
Our family’s thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Krocak family in this hard time. A donation has been made in Gary’s name to the union gospel mission twin
