Our Lady of the Lake Parish Community

2385 Commerce Drive Mound MN 55364 | Saturday 5:00 & Sundays @ 8:30 & 10:30

3.29.2020 Mass with Fr. Tony & Fr. Peter

Letter from Archbishop Hebda (click here to read entire letter)

” In light of that advice, after consulting with the Presbyteral Council and College of Consultors, and having learned that an active parish priest in another U.S. diocese has tested positive for the virus – unknowingly putting his parish at risk prior to the manifestation of any symptoms – I have made the difficult decision to suspend all regularly scheduled public celebrations of Mass in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul Minneapolis, effective immediately. Given both the moral impossibility of attending Mass, as well as the dispensation from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass that was extended to the faithful of the Archdiocese last week, please rest assured that the missing of Mass in these conditions should not weigh on your conscience.”

Adoration Hours until Tuesday, March 31.  Adoration on April 1 and after will be re-evaluated.

Adoration has been temporarily moved to the main Church to allow for CDC guidelines on Social Distancing.  Door 8 (PACE center glass doors) will be the only door that will remain open during Adoration and confession hours.

Monday – 8:30am – 3:00pm

Tuesday – 8:30am – 3:00pm

Thursday – 8:30am – 3:00pm

1st Friday – To Be Determined after March 31.

In order to comply with CDC guidelines for social distancing, only the 2 middle sections of pews will be open.  We ask all parishioners to respect guidelines staying 6 feet away from other people.  At the end of each Adoration hour, our maintenance staff will wipe down the pews and door handles.

Confessions

Fr. Tony will be available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at noon in the church library for confessions.

Confessions will also be available on Saturdays at 4 in the church library

Parish Office Closed

The Church Office is closed until March 31st, at which time we will re-evaluate.  We are here to help.  If you have an emergency, please call our Administrator, Rhonda Eurich, at 612-269-4617
