TAEKWONDO AT OLL

OLL is excited to announce that Taekwondo Martial Arts class will be offered again this fall.
This is open to students in grades K - 8
WHERE: Quantum Martial Arts Studio, 2313 Commerce Blvd, Mound, 952.472.9183.
WHEN: Starts in September through April
WHO: Our instructor is Master Fred Baker, a fifth degree black belt and head instructor at Quantum Martial Arts. OLL students will be part of a traditional Korean Taekwondo school: Song Moo Kwan under Grand Master Hee Sang Ro (one of the five original Kwans from Korea).
WHAT: Taekwondo means the way of "hand and foot". It develops the mind, body and spirit and encourages a balance of knowledge, strength, respect and self-discipline by teaching powerful hand strikes, blocks, kicks and weapons used as a means of self-defense. Children will have the opportunity to test and advance belt levels. Demonstrations will be held to show student progress on forms, weapons, board breaking and sparring.
UNIFORMS: Uniforms can be ordered through Quantum Martial Arts. The $59 cost of the uniforms will be the responsibility of the parents.
