Children's Liturgical Choir (CLC): Children in grades 5-8 are given the opportunity to lead the
OLL assembly in prayerful song with voice and instruments. In addition to leading
the hymns they provide special music for the
9:15 a.m. Mass on Tuesday during the school year.

Children’s Liturgical Choir rehearsals will be held in the Music Room. All middle school students who are interested in singing at our Tuesday school Masses are welcome to attend. We will work on vocal technique, choral singing, small group ensembles, and cantor training for those who are interested. Students who cannot attend the after school practice should contact Mrs. Meyer.

Purpose: To Learn and Understand
*Liturgical role of the choir
*Music and singing voice production
*Role of instrumental enrichment
*Service to the parish as liturgical minister
*Outreach to the local community and beyond
Expectations:
*FOCUS and give your attention to the director (manners)
*Participate actively at rehearsals and liturgy
*Sing with body, mind, spirit, voice
*Lead as respectful liturgical music ministers
